Our signature baby back ribs contain 10 to 13 ribs per rack. Cooked slowly over a 7 hour period then grilled with our HOUSTON B.B.Q sauce. Served with French fries and coleslaw.

Prime rib rubbed with spices, cooked slow cooked for ultimate tenderness, available from rare to med rare cut right off the roast. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and horseradish.

9 oz sirloin accompanied by a shrimp skewer (4) or a 3 oz lobster tail, served with roasted vegetables and your choice of baked potato garnished to taste, roasted garlic mashed potatoes or French fries.

6 oz sirloin and a half rack of our signature baby back ribs, served with French fries and coleslaw.

A half rack of our signature baby back ribs topped with a grilled chicken breast smothered in our HOUSTON bbq sauce.
